Against purple sky
Stir the peace in inner recesses.
Far away in the mountains
Prayer flags of a temple
Signal the unknown.
Streak of white clouds
Fast disappear from sight
Night rushes forward
To meet the mellow day.
All colours shed their lustre
Dark thorny bushes
Overgrow barren land.
In old earthen homes
Dim flickering lights
Compete with nature's Lamps
In ethereal canopy overhead
To illumine existence
Transiting to cold nether world.
